The thickness of the board varies from 52pt to 90pt and it is available in grey board, kraft, coated and special art paper stocks. Keep the Bottle Safe in Transit

Beauty isn't worth anything if the bottle is broken on the way! A properly fitted insert helps limit bottle movement and reduce the risk of breakage during transport, and dividers keep a set of 2 or 3 bottles from knocking against each other. Inform us of the shape of the bottles, the number of bottles per box, and your shipping plans and our designers will let you know what is the best insert. Print and Finish Options

This is where a wine box begins to resemble your label as opposed to someone else's.

• Printing: CMYK, PMS (Pantone Matching System) and spot colors, with plain (unprinted) boxes also available
• Finishes: gloss or matte lamination, gloss aqueous (AQ) coating, gloss, matte or spot UV, embossing and debossing, foiling and raised ink
• Foil stamping: gold, silver, copper, red, blue and green
• Included: die cutting, gluing, scoring and perforation
• Extras: window patching for a view of the bottle

All of this can be done with gold foil on a matte black lid, a debossed vineyard mark, or a spot UV crest on deep burgundy. Lamination is free. Before going to print, you will approve a digital flat proof and 3D mock-up, and physical samples are available on request.
